1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cilantro
3 T sugar
2 T Soy Sauce (Braggs') or tamari
2 ts. cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
pinch of cayenne
Whisk peanut butter with 1 cup hot water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season w/salt.
*I really enjoyed this! Magazine suggested using to dip broccoli as a snack. I steamed the broccoli with some other veggies and poured over Soba Noodles with peanut sauce. Delish!!
Omnivore co-workers enjoyed it as well.
